Help shape Bayside's transport future
Bayside City Council, as the first step in preparing a new Integrated Transport Strategy (ITS), sought your feedback on key transport issues in Bayside. We appreciate you taking the time to send in your feedback and to register for our mailing list.
Since that time, Council has prepared a background report which is a comprehensive account of the current and future state of transport in Bayside. Four transport themes were identified in the background report which will form the heart of the draft ITS.
Council is currently consulting on the transport discussion paper. This paper sets out the four transport themes and highlights the key transport issues and emerging directions for future transport provision in Bayside. We are seeking your feedback on these key themes and emerging directions that will shape our local transport is developed in Bayside in the future. This is your opportunity to get involved.
Using your feedback on this discussion paper we will then develop the vision, guiding principles and actions that will form the basis of the draft ITS. You will have a further opportunity to have your say once the draft ITS is prepared.
