People Out and About Point Lonsdale

This group was started by a few Point Lonsdale residents who valued our quiet local streets and pathways, and who wanted to reverse the trend toward higher traffic volumes. We aim to help more people get out and about - typically walking or local cycling - as an alternative to taking the car.

A new group of Point Lonsdale residents interested in promoting improvements to pathways and local streets held its first public meeting on Thursday 21 January.

More than 30 people attended the meeting, to identify their own pathway issues after hearing five pre-registered speakers talk about related topics.
