Find a walking group

Walking with others is a fantastic way to make friends and share stories while getting out and about.  You can join an existing walking group, or make your own!

The easiest way is to find a Heart Foundation Walking Group near you.  You can also contact your local neighbourhood house or council to find out if there's a group in your area.

Don't forget that you can also join or start a walking group at work!

 

DIY walking group

A do-it-yourself walking group is easy - simply invite a friend of neighbour and go for a walk!  

You can decide where and when and take it from there.
